Call to Artists Lamar Arts Members Exhibit July 1 - August 2011 Trackside Gallery
Reception for both galleries July 8, 6-8 PM

Paintings, Drawings, Sculpture, Photography, Woodcarvings, Porcelain, Woodcrafts, Prints, Quilts, Weavings, Pottery, Decorative Stitchery and more! Artists: Please Read ! We will accept "ready to hang work/display" only which means properly framed and with picture wire from two screw eyes in place. Please limit submissions to three pieces. Sculptures or other table artwork should be self standing or on a base or small table easel. Please have your name, phone and email information also attached for each piece. Artists will need to sign a contract and fill out a labeling form. In order to exhibit you must be a member of Lamar Arts. Membership fee is $15.00. A 20% commission on works sold goes to maintain Lamar Arts gallery. Please bring a bio for our artist portfolio and business cards for the office table. Artists may be asked to be a gallery sitter during the time your works are being shown. Submissions of three pieces of art of varied media will be received on the announced dates only. Please make special arrangements if you cannot do so. No work accepted after deadline. We have no storage facility for artworks that are left. If artworks are not picked up in a reasonable time frame, we assume you are donating them to the gallery. Each artist will sign a contract with Lamar Arts to this effect.
